We are widely recognised as being one of the most knowledgeable and experienced Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) regulatory teams in South Africa and were the first of only two South African law firms commissioned by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to assist with the drafting of the BEE Codes of Good Practice.
